Tickets and prices

Event tickets

Event tickets give access to the full event programme:

• Adults: £185.
• Students in full-time education: £60.
• Children aged 6 months - 18 years (in school): £60.
• Children (no kids & youth provision): £50.
• 0-5 months (no provision for this age group): free.

Children's tickets are only available with an adult event ticket. Ages are taken from Monday 29 March, 2027.

Event tickets do not include accommodation. You must book this separately.

If cost would be a barrier to attending, we have a limited number of subsidised adult tickets available on a "pay what you can afford" basis. For more information, please contact hello@risinglights.co.uk.

There are no refunds for cancellations; we recommend booking suitable insurance to cover any expenses that may arise if you need to cancel your booking.

Day tickets

For local visitors, you can book a ticket to cover the programme for a single day for £60 per person per day. This does not include children or youth provision.

Event tickets with accommodation

There are a limited number of accommodation options available to book with your tickets, which include access to the whole event plus a four-night stay at a hotel with food:

Bed and breakfast

• Single room at Abbey Sands Hotel: £400 (£53.75 per night, plus one ticket)
• Twin or double room at Abbey Sands Hotel: £700 (£82.50 per night, plus two tickets)

Dinner, bed, and breakfast

• Single room at Livermead House Hotel: £450 (£66.25 per night, plus one ticket)
• Twin or double room at Livermead House Hotel: £875 (£126.25 per night, plus two tickets)

For students

There are also a limited number of accommodation options available for students in full-time education, which include access to the whole event plus a four-night stay at a hotel with food:

Bed and breakfast (hotel to be confirmed)

• Single room: £200 (£35 per night, plus one student ticket)
• Twin or double room: £360 (£60 per night, plus two student ticket)
• Triple room: £540 (£90 per night, plus three student tickets)
• Quadruple room (one double and two singles): £400 (£120 per night, plus four student tickets)

How to book

Select the 'Start booking' button below to start your booking – whether attending by yourself, with friends, or as a family.

1. Add your details as the lead group booker (must be an adult).
2. Add the details of your group members (if applicable) including children and assign tickets to each group member.
3. There are a limited number of rooms available to book alongside your Rising Lights events tickets. You can do so after assigning your tickets.
4. Review your booking and add additional groups (if booking on behalf of others).
5. Submit payment in full or as a partial payment.

Payment options

Payment is by credit card, either in full or via partial payment. 

If paying partially, the minimum payment is 20% of your total booking. You can contribute towards your due payment by clicking 'Already registered?' at the top of this website or by following the link in your confirmation email.

Full payment is due by Monday 1 February, 2027.
